Added sound

Finally added some sound effects to the game, no music yet. There is also a menu option to disable sound. 

That comes with a bit of dilemma, should you display sound as off if it is currently off, or should you display off to indicate that it is the menu button for 'off', turning it off when selected?

Well I went with the first option, let me know what you think!
